®-Metoprolol grape-flavored oral solution compounding kit. FIRST
®-Metoprolol provides pharmacists with a convenient, high-quality, standardized way to compound an oral liquid metoprolol solution for patients who are not otherwise served by commercially available therapies, such as those who are unable to swallow solid oral dosing formulations.

®-Metoprolol is now available in a 10-mg/mL strength in a convenient 300-mL size. To allow additional flexibility for a variety of patient needs, an additional FIRST
®-Metoprolol 10-mg/mL 90-mL size will be commercially available effective February 18, 2019.
