During the Opening General Session taking place on Saturday, March 23, APhA President Nicki Hilliard, right, will delineate how the Association is transforming to meet members’ individual needs and those of the profession. Specifically, Hilliard will discuss enhanced member engagement, innovation, and the use of technology and programs to help pharmacists gain recognition and engagement in new care-delivery opportunities. The APhA Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP), charged to be the collective voice of student pharmacists, celebrates 50 years in 2019, honoring milestones and the impact student pharmacists and leaders have had on the profession throughout the years.
