Researchers at the National Sun Yat-Sen University and Kaohsiung Medical University in Taiwan say they've uncovered a mechanism by which nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) attenuate tumor invasion and metastasis, leading them to think that NSAIDs may be a novel class of effective chemopreventive drugs. Their research was published last month in Experimental Biology and Medicine.
